Custom 360 Virtual House Tours require one of Momentum’s photographers to scout the site and develop an estimate based on that evaluation. The number of panoramic photos would be will be based by multiple factors. This includes square footage, intricacy of the layout, and the number of levels that need to be connected. Custom Packages are combined with a Photography or Videography Package in order to fully encompass the features of the location. Once again, we offer all these features at a fraction of our competitors prices.

So, how do you know if you qualify for a “Custom Package”?  Our general square footage guidelines are meant to give you an idea of what category your office or restaurant falls under, but remember your entire square footage probably won’t be be on the 360 Virtual House Tour. Rooms that square footage does not count towards include, the kitchen in your restaurant, bathrooms, managerial offices, etc. To give you idea of a business that would require a Custom Package, imagine a Dave and Buster’s with the restaurant and game room included.
