The Visionary Behind Philly IV Lounge
Angela kickstarted her journey in the healthcare field during high school, working as a receptionist. This early exposure ignited her passion for nursing, leading her to pursue it as her career. Along the way, she studied at Penn State before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Thomas Jefferson School of Nursing in 2019. Becoming a registered nurse (RN) that same year, Angela then joined the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she lent her expertise to various departments, including surgical ENT, urology, neurosurgery, and even the COVID unit during the pandemic.
Angela’s aspiration was to establish an environment that not only embraced modern health and wellness practices but also provided nurses with a workplace they would genuinely enjoy. She envisioned a luxurious setting where quality care thrived, steering clear of the traditional clinical atmosphere commonly found in doctors’ offices. Instead, she meticulously designed the lounge to exude a posh and comfortable aesthetic while maintaining utmost cleanliness and professionalism.
